Soon after completing his engineering degree in Information Technology and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Business Planning from IIITM, Gwalior, Puneet Chandra decided to carry the family legacy forward and launched his first business venture, Kconnector.com, which originated at IIT-Roorkee. His idea was also welcomed at Saïd Business School, Oxford University. His second business venture, Bcube, marked rapid business growth due to his brilliant leadership skills, adding prominent names in the industry as its clients, including Zomato, Yepme, CarDekho, Foodpanda, and Times of India. What’s more, within 3 years of its establishment, Puneet’s staff strength increased from a meager 10 to 500.

A strategic visionary having the foresight for diagnosing potential business ideas, Puneet launched Apical India Realty, which sold inventory totaling more than Rs 200 crore for various real estate players, including Supertech, M3M, and Central Park. His in-depth knowledge of emerging market trends and keenness to deliver cutting-edge market solutions led him to carry out large business transactions worth more than $100 million for his customers. Having a thorough understanding of market dynamics and real estate economics, Puneet conceptualized the idea of Skootr Global Pvt. Ltd. in 2016 intending to become a leading player in providing ultramodern co-working office space solutions to meet the future needs of growth-oriented modern entrepreneurs. With this venture, Puneet has revolutionized the Indian real estate sector by introducing Workspace-as-a-Service.
