Rhea Singha, 19, was crowned Miss Universe India 2024 at the pageant’s finale in Jaipur on September 22. Rhea won the renowned Taj Mahal Crown after impressing judges with her beauty, intelligence, and grace as she competed against 51 other contenders. Urvashi Rautela, former Miss Universe India, had the honour of crowning her.
In a post-win interview, Rhea expressed her thanks and happiness, saying, “I worked hard to earn this title, and previous winners have greatly inspired me.”
Rhea looked stunning at the crowning event in a peach-toned, sequin-adorned gown with a deep-V neckline, complete with gentle makeup and wavy, side-parted hair. The brilliant Taj Mahal Crown added to her already stunning appearance.
During the swimsuit round, she wore a variety of colours, exhibiting confidence and grace. In the national costume competition, Rhea impressed in a white cut-out dress with red and yellow borders, accented with oxidised gems and pearls, and accompanied by a Shivaling prop that fits the theme wonderfully.
Rhea, originally from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is an aspiring actress, entrepreneur, and TEDx speaker who is now pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the performing arts. She is also a fitness enthusiast, a GLS University ambassador, and the originator of “Work Ready with Rhea,” an effort to upskill young people.
