Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Host 2025 Men’s T20 Asia Cup

Dubai and Abu Dhabi have been announced as the official host cities for the 2025 Men’s T20 Asia Cup, which will be held from September 9 to 28. Dubai will host 11 matches, including the highly anticipated final, while Abu Dhabi will host eight games.

On September 10, India will face the UAE in Dubai in the first of its Group A matches. The highly anticipated India vs Pakistan match is scheduled on September 14 at the same venue. India’s third group game against Oman is scheduled for September 19 in Abu Dhabi.

Group A includes India, Pakistan, the UAE, and Oman. Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong all belong to Group B. The Asia Cup will include eight nations in the T20 format for the first time in preparation for the Men’s T20 World Cup in 2026.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super Fours, which culminate in the final in Dubai.

Although India is the official host, the BCCI will hold the tournament in the UAE due to diplomatic concerns with Pakistan.
