The 375,000 sq. metre state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Rödinghausen, Germany, produces 1,100 kitchens daily with 92% automation, ensuring each kitchen is a flawless masterpiece. Built with the precision of German engineering, the cabinetry is crafted from high-density chipboards and termite-resistant HDF materials, ensuring remarkable durability without compromising on aesthetics. Sustainability is embedded in every aspect of the brand’s design and production: from using water-based paints that emit 90% fewer solvents to incorporating over 50% recycled materials in lacquer laminate fronts. Biomass boilers powered by wood waste heat the production facilities, while formaldehyde-free materials ensure healthier indoor air.
