Later, her husband and she established SG Solutions, a recruitment company, where she assumed various responsibilities, including human resources, accounting, training, strategy development, operational oversight, and business development. These varied roles allowed her to enhance her expertise and become a self-assured, versatile leader with a knack for strategic thinking and decisive action. She began a new business chapter in 2010 by establishing Ven Consulting India – Resource Augmentation Success Partner, a company that provides industries with talented engineering professionals. Sucheta has played a significant role in the company’s success and expansion through her forward-thinking leadership, promoting a work environment focused on excellence, creativity, and ethical behavior.
