A seasoned leader, Mr. Vajravelhas carried forward his family’sindustrial foundation to build adiversified Group grounded intechnical expertise, trust, and valuablepartnerships. With a Master’s Degree in IndustrialEngineering from St. Mary’s University, San Antonio,Texas, USA, he brings a strong technical perspectiveto Arul Group’s growth and diversification. Today,he oversees five businesses spanning manufacturing,construction, interiors and electrical systems. ArulRubbers and Arul Polymers form the Group’sindustrial backbone, while Neo Heights Builders& Promoters has evolved into an EPC and turnkeyconstruction company. The Neo Studio specializes in interior design, and Vajra Panels manufactureselectrical panels.
Mr. Vajravel champions a hands-on leadershipstyle driven by mutual trust, operational discipline,and long-term value creation. As a people person, heplaces strong emphasis on building trust, maintainingclose relationships and ensuring an approachableleadership style. He has built complementarybusinesses, each addressing specific customer needs,while driving coordination and knowledge sharingacross teams. Rather than managing disconnectedentities, his approach brings the manufacturing andconstruction verticals together, enabling teams to plancollectively, address potential challenges at an earlystage and maintain accountability. This integratedapproach has helped streamline project delivery forreputed clients such as Toyota, Volvo, Schaeffler Indiaand Tata Electronics.

Mr. Vajravel sees the Group’s transformation into anintegrated industrial partner, capable of deliveringcomplex projects from concept to completion, as adefining milestone. This progress reflects sustainedinvestment in engineers, planning, safety andexpertise, alongside close attention to customers.Sustainability forms an important dimension of hisvision, with responsible resource use embedded intoproject planning. He promotes close coordinationamong civil, structural, utility, MEP, electrical andinterior teams to minimise clashes, material wasteand rework. Under his guidance, the Group is alsodeveloping measurable indicators covering materialsavings, waste reduction, water conservation,energy performance and avoided rework. His focuson responsible growth is reflected in the Group’sexpanding global presence, with its manufacturingproducts now reaching 11 overseas markets.
He also places strong emphasis on governance,with clearly defined responsibilities and disciplinedreporting across the Group. His long-term vision isto establish Arul Group’s manufacturing businessesas globally recognised facilities for heavy fabricated,rubber-lined and rubber-to-metal bonded equipment,while positioning Neo Heights as a one-stop providerof comprehensive EPC solutions.

Mr. Vajravel’s commitment to business excellence hasearned Arul Group several prestigious recognitions.SiliconIndia named The Neo Heights Civil EPCConstruction Services Company of the Year2026, while the MSME Global Diamond BusinessExcellence Award 2025 recognised it as ConstructionCompany of the Year. Neo Heights also receivedIndia SME 100 recognition and was acknowledged byToyota Kirloskar Motor for civil works delivered withzero incidents or accidents. Also, Arul Rubbers andArul Polymers entered into an approximately ₹100crore investment commitment at the Tamil NaduGovernment’s TN Rising Investment Conclave, withproposed employment for around 400 people.
Apart from business, Mr. Vajravel is passionateabout sports, fitness and travel.
