THE H.E.R.O. WITHIN
Dr. Dalavai capitalises on the work of Luthans et al. (2007) andthe H.E.R.O. framework to bring together four psychologicalfacets of leadership: Hope, Efficacy, Resilience and Optimism.Grounded in Positive Organisational Scholarship and PositivePsychology, the framework provides leaders a practical approachto strengthen their inner resources and to tackle volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
His approach also places emotional intelligence at the centreof executive effectiveness. He encourages leaders to understandhow they show up, how their communication affects others andhow authenticity can become a source of influence rather thansimply a personal quality. Through Live Out Loud! Coaching, clients work on executive presence, interpersonal communication, influence and self-awareness.
