Born and brought up in the metro city of Chennai, Manoj completed a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from Guru Nanak College (Chennai), B.A. English from the University of Madras in 2006, an MBA in Marketing & Finance from IIPM (Chennai) in 2008 and finally, an Executive Management Program from IIM Lucknow in the year 2012-13. His uncanny ability to convince people made him stand out from the rest and led to his selection among more than 250 meritorious candidates across 5 prestigious B-Schools.


Manoj started as a techno-functional sales hunter and has actively handled leading corporate business development accounts and achieved phenomenal results for his clients. He is sharpminded and well-organised marketing manager who focuses on creating new key accounts, managing the portfolios of existing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities and avenues for strategic expansion.

Manoj has grown to be an independent and confident salesperson who pitches well with one and all, especially the C-suite professionals. His in-depth and multi-industry experience has made him an expert in developing client-centric, creative, and successful marketing strategies for lead generation and sales. If you were to describe him in a single line, you could call him an early adopter, startup advisor, and a super-skilled growth hacker.

Mr. Manoj Prasad started his professional journey as part of the International Voice Support team at Ajuba, then moved on to become the Team Lead in Sutherland, Regional Business Head in Aspire Systems (from 20102011), Business Development Manager in Testingology (from 2011-2013) and finally, the Director of Business Development in Quscient in 2014. During his corporate days, he worked with some big brands such as Airbus, Royal Sundaram General Insurance, AgriRain, Roomee and Sparkle Montessori and many more.


Manoj is a dynamic leader who loves to thrive on challenges, take risks and achieve big. With strong technical knowledge and a determination to help businesses grow, he has engineered the idea of many start-ups such as Mindgates, Vril Interactive, GetFyt, Red Ant Media LLP (2019) and VDelivr.

Having gained insights about trends and patterns of consumer behaviour, he ensures that all campaigns planned and launched under his guidance are customercentric. As a salesperson, he always goes the extra mile to attend to customers’ requests.
