Guided by the belief that education is an indicative tool for social change, Dr. Singh has dedicated his career to expanding inclusion and upholding human dignity within the educational landscape. In 2012, he established the Steps Remedial Centre—a pioneering initiative offering personalised support to students with diverse learning needs. His Pune LD Forum involvement empowers children with learning difficulties, advocating for respectful mainstream integration.
In 2020, he played a pivotal role in shaping the National Education Policy (NEP), with grassroots insights for Indian education. Currently, he serves as the Vice President of the National Independent Schools Alliance (NISA) and as National Advisor for Advocacy and Quality. As a founding member of the Independent English Schools Association (IESA), Dr. Singh empowers budget private schools across 22 districts in Maharashtra. His efforts continue to champion equity, innovation, and improved access to quality education for the deprived communities.
