Thailand’s Opal Suchata Chuangsri Wins Miss World 2025 Crown

Thailand’s Opal Suchata Chuangsri was crowned Miss World 2025 in a spectacular ceremony that featured intense competition from around the world. Miss Ethiopia was the first runner-up, followed by Miss Poland in third and Miss Martinique in fourth. The crowning moment was a huge milestone for Opal, who was previously named Miss World Thailand 2025 on April 22. Tero Entertainment and TPN Global made the announcement, paving the way for her incredible international journey.

Opal was born on March 20, 2003, in Phuket and grew up in the hospitality industry as the daughter of hoteliers. She personifies the essence of a global citizen, speaking Thai, English, and Chinese fluently. Opal went to Triam Udom Suksa School in Bangkok, where she developed a strong interest in languages and various cultures. She is currently studying Political Science at Thammasat University, with a focus on International Relations, to prepare her to make an impact outside of the pageant world.

Opal is also a passionate advocate for women’s health. At 16, she had surgery to remove a benign breast lump, which inspired her to create the “Opal For Her” campaign to raise breast health awareness.
