Goyal Books Overseas Private Limited functions as the exportdivision of Goyal Brothers Prakashan, serving the K-12sector internationally. Mr. Goyal’s operational disciplineand organisational capability, along with the guidance of hisfather, has helped the firm expand its footprint from the initial fiveretail locations in the GCC to 15 outlets across the Middle East,considerably expanding its regional reach.
Mr. Goyal completed his schooling at Delhi Public School, R.K.Puram, followed by a degree in InternationalBusiness from the University of Manchester.Upon returning to India, he entered thefamily’s publishing businesses, bringingrenewed clarity and structured thinking toestablished operations. In his current role atGoyal Books Overseas Private Limited, he isrefining the organisation’s global presence.

Mr. Goyal’s entry into the publishing sector marked a fresh andforward-looking phase for Goyal Brothers Prakashan. Withhis strong grasp of traditional publishing methods and a keenawareness of modern content technologies, he helped the companystrengthen its connect with expatriate communities and broadenits reach across the region. His efforts supported the expansion ofacademic book distribution, improved the organisation’s visibilityamong schools and educators, and added momentum to itsinternational growth. Through a balanced approach that respectedlegacy while embracing innovation, he played an important role inenhancing the company’s global presence and credibility.In the GCC, where the company already had a presence, hisleadership played a key role in consolidating and intensifyingoperations. This included building stronger relationships witheducators, institutions, and distribution partners, ensuring thatthe organisation remained responsive to evolving academicrequirements.
A MULTIFACETED PROFESSIONAL JOURNEY
Mr. Goyal also contributes as a sales and marketing specialist atGoyal Brothers Prakashan, facilitating the company’s transition intocontemporary publishing formats. His entrepreneurial inclinationled him to co-found Inventant Education, a STEM-focusedpublishing initiative designed to enrich experiential learning in K-12environments.
The young leader also founded First Choice Stationery in Noidaand established the Educators Guild of India, a platform intendedto bring educators together for dialogue, collaboration, and sharedprofessional growth. His latest venture, The Face Company in DelhiNCR, reflects his ability to diversify into sectors beyond publishingwhile maintaining disciplined execution.
GLORIOUS ACHIEVEMENTS
Recognition for Mr. Goyal’s contributions has come from variedquarters, including an occasion where the Prime Minister of SriLanka honoured him at the CBSE Gulf Sahodaya Conference inFebruary 2024. He also received an award from the Minister ofRoad Transport and Highways of India onVijay Diwas. This award was presented by theVeterans India committee in 2023.
Under his guidance, the company hasconsistently earned the Government of India’sCAPEXIL Award of Merit in Export for nearlytwo decades, reinforcing its reliability in theinternational publishing landscape.
