Ms. Khoury was born and raised in Lebanon and has an excellent academic background. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, banking, and finance from Notre Dame University Louaize in Lebanon in 2006, before embarking on a journey to Dubai. Additionally, she attended Columbia Business School in 2017, where she studied digital marketing, and completed her Executive MBA at London Business School in 2022. Despite arriving in Dubai with only $300 in her pockets, Ms. Khoury’s passion and future plans drove her to seize every opportunity the city presented. She secured a position in sales at Emirates Sunland, the firm responsible for constructing the Palazzo Versace hotel in Dubai, and ascended to the role of top salesperson within three months.
Motivated by her aspirations for success, Ms. Khoury assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of High Mark Real Estate in 2012. In this position, she managed a portfolio of high-end properties, including those for Palazzo Versace Dubai, D1 Tower, and other luxury properties in Dubai. Currently, she serves as the President of Zed Capital Real Estate and is the Founder of I Am The Company, a fashion brand with a mission to change lives through education. Additionally, she is a Co-founder of BookAnyService.com, an AI-powered marketplace for immediate services such as nail salons and dentists.

Beyond her success as a real estate agent and businesswoman, Ms. Khoury has also modeled for numerous well-known fashion brands due to her excellent sense of style. She made an appearance in the first season of Dubai Bling, a popular television series chronicling the lavish personal and professional lives of affluent citizens in Dubai. Ms. Khoury conducts the real estate Instagram Live show “Property Talks with Zeina” and is a well-known radio and television personality. As a property consultant, she also oversees the label’s real estate initiative, a key factor in her receiving such a prestigious assignment. In addition to Versace, Ms. Khoury dons traditional clothing, Adidas x Gucci purses, and Fendi ensembles. Her flawless sense of style underscores her status as a formidable fashion icon celebrity with keen commercial acumen.
THE LOVE FOR DUBAI
Ms. Khoury is appreciative of her decision to relocate to Dubai. The city has boosted her career and given her countless possibilities. In an interview with Fact magazine, she referred to Dubai as her “second home.” After finding love in the city, she built a fantastic family and a successful business. She believes Dubai has safeguarded her and her children’s future, offering safety and comfort, enabling her to fall in love, and make a name for herself in the corporate world while away from home.
