After graduating from Bengal Engineering College, Shibpur, with a B.Arch., Ms. Koheli Puri went to IIT Delhi to complete her master’s program in construction engineering and management. She held positions as the Head of Operations at Jones Lang LaSalle and the Head of the Project Management Division at The 3C Company in Noida. After gaining rich expertise in project management and commercial real estate, she founded Studio XP Management Consultants Private Limited in 2011, and currently serves as the company’s Managing Director. Under her leadership, StudioXP, which holds ISO-9001 certification, provides a variety of comprehensive services to developers, IPCs in Bengaluru, Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Chennai, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Dubai and other cities, for domestic and foreign corporate clients. It aims to function as an all-in-one resource by providing complete solutions from project conception, management, execution till completion and financial closure of corporate and commercial projects.
