Ms. Aishwarya’s journey is a rich tapestry of diverse experiences which have moulded her outlook and expertise. Her career is a powerful blend of vision, grit, and continuous evolution. Armed with a bachelor’s degree in computers and marketing from St. Francis Women’s College and a PGDM in Human Resources and Entrepreneurship from IIPM, she also holds multiple certifications in HR and leadership and is an ICF coach. Over her 15+ year journey, she has played transformative HR roles across industries—from healthcare and fintech to consulting —leading functions in HR Operations, talent management, performance strategy and L&D. This journey made her to realise the widening gaps between talent demands and supply, which led to Finding Roots in 2022 —an HR consultancy created with a bold vision to address these gaps.
