He established India’s largest blast furnace, DI pipes and seamless tube units, a 100 MW power plant, and a township for 1,500 employees, demonstrating operational excellence and compassionate leadership.
GREEN INNOVATION
Under his leadership, 1st Glove has cut CO₂ emissions by 25% using bio-pellets and runs on a closed-loop water system. Automation has improved efficiency by 15%, with future gains planned through AI-driven energy management, waste reduction, and predictive maintenance, combining sustainability with operational excellence.
