Possessing a Master’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry from Utkal University, Odisha, India, he obtained a Doctoral degree in Chemistry from IIT Bombay in 1999. Continuing to augment his expertise, he engaged in a postdoctoral research tenure in Chemical & Materials Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno in 2005.
In the same year, Mr. Mohapatra launched his professional journey as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno. In 2010, he further enriched his career by contributing his expertise to the University of Kentucky as a scientific researcher. His professional repertoire also boasts a significant role as a Senior Scientist at the American Science and Technology Corp.

He also aims to explore new and international markets to expand the company’s presence. His strategy revolves around innovation and sustainability, with ongoing investments in advanced technologies and eco-friendly practices. His goal is to achieve a harmonious equilibrium between sustainability, innovation, quality, and growth to shape CrudeChem’s future vision. This transition led to a remarkable 80% decrease in carbon emissions, equivalent to 70,000 pounds of CO2, in just two months, for a single energy producer. The chemical industry is valued at 5 trillion dollars, making it the third-largest sector in terms of carbon footprint. There exists a significant opportunity for duplicating what CrudeChem did.
