Mr. Talal is a second-generation businessman with sharp business acumen and deep insight. Owing to his exceptional leadership skills, he has substantiated the assurance of a brighter future for the group. As the director of Al Murad Group, Mr. Talal is leading the multi-divisional group in different operations, including media, publishing, professional photo services, and much more. Before setting off on the journey of entrepreneurship, he completed his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Leicester. Since then, Mr. Talal has been consistently working towards elevating the group’s performance in diverse domains. By adopting various approaches and donning various hats of leadership, he has been successful in raising the productivity of all team members. With a focus on providing excellent quality which aligns with the group’s vision, he has taken things forward in his tenure as a Director. His innovative business-development strategies, strong marketing network, and effective planning have been instrumental in enhancing the Group’s stand in the market. This includes Emirates Photo Marketing, Ajman Independent Studios—Operators of Ajman Television and Channel 4 Radio Network, Al Murad Real Estate, Sara Contracting and Interior Design, and The Beauty Oasis Spa. The strategic visionary adopts a futuristic attitude and employs state-of-the-art technology from the top providers of IT solutions, namely Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, DELL, HP, CA, and Cisco, and applies them as solutions within the Group’s daily operations.

By successfully meeting customer expectations, he has led the family business on the path to achieving new heights of success.

He has played tennis at national level and was also the part of the 6 scuba diver team that set the Guinness World Record for the longest live submarine radio broadcast lasting around 5 hours 25 minutes at a depth of 3 m in an aquarium in Dubai.
