Furthermore, its innovative collection features various styles for men, women, and children, all meticulously manufactured in-house with a spinning capacity of 1,50,000 spindles.

Its presence has brought prosperity, education, and growth prospects to Shipur – an obscure tribal belt – thanks to its comprehensive approach that encompasses cotton seed acquisition, cultivation, ginning, spinning, knitting, dyeing, and garmenting. Through such initiatives, it has successfully transformed barren lands into fertile cotton-producing zones, uplifting communities and changing lives for generations. It also conducts free soil testing for farmers of Shirpur taluka.

Its online quality checking system with an exceptional AQL of 2.5 guarantees that every product meets the highest quality standards.
Currently, the firm is building five factories, equipped with 500 looms and a state-of-the-art process house for bed sheeting fabric, capable of producing an impressive 1 lakh metre per day. It is also setting up a wider width weaving capacity to add an extra 10,00,000 metres per month to its production capabilities.

The Deesan Group empowers rural communities in Shirpur by generating employment opportunities, especially for women who form the majority of its garment workforce. Through four Ashram schools, it provides 1,690 students with free education, food, clothing, and healthcare facilities. Running 85 reputed schools and colleges across disciplines – from medical and engineering to aviation and business management – the Deesan Group has been leading by example.
The organisation is also deeply committed to sustainability. It has made significant strides in conserving resources and reducing its carbon footprint by utilising solar energy for the majority of its operations. It goes above and beyond with its visionary approach to treating factory wastewater for plantation purposes. Its renowned Shirpur Pattern Project now stands as a symbol of its groundbreaking work in revolutionising water conservation across India. The firm’s transformative steps have not only revitalised barren lands, but also offered a lifeline to farmers. The groundwater level has increased to 100-150 feet from 800 feet earlier.
