After his MBA, he landed a job with Headstrong in India where he got the opportunity to work with some top-notch professionals in the IT industry. He has come a long way since then. He went on to work in global talent acquisition, resource management, workforce planning, delivery, and operations. He is currently working at The Judge Group as the President of Judge India & Global Delivery. The Judge Group is a leading global professional services firm specializing in technology, talent, and learning solutions. When they wanted to enter the Indian market around 4 years back, they roped in Mr. Agarwal for his dynamic and exceptional experience in the sector. His key responsibilities were to launch and oversee the growth of Judge India, a key component of The Judge Group’s global delivery strategy. In the last few years, Mr. Agarwal has made unimpeachable efforts to quadruple Judge India’s employee footprint; he also introduced and implemented a revolutionary hybrid work model due to which the organization’s productivity has increased considerably.
