SMR’s RESCO Model involves the signing of a power purchase agreement with the power off-taker and owner of the rooftop at a pre-fixed tariff for a specified period of time. It provides the customers with cheaper and cleaner energy, with ZERO investment. Thus, the model involves no upfront capital investment. Its pre-fixed agreed tariff for power sale for the next 25 years is lower than the existing grid tariffs.
