Eng Ahmed Al Kaabi, Assistant Undersecretary at the UAE Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, highlighted the importance of expanding oil and gas trade, supporting long-term commercial partnerships, and strengthening cooperation in renewable energy and clean technologies. He also emphasised power grid integration and the development of manufacturing value chains for renewable energy components, while encouraging investment in India’s growing clean energy sector.

Separately, UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri held talks with India’s Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu during the Wings of India 2026 conference in Hyderabad. Both sides discussed enhancing cooperation in civil aviation and strengthening bilateral ties.
