FURTHERING NATION-BUILDING
DPGC recently branched out into defense production to design and develop Molecular Nanotechnology (MNT) military equipment indigenously in order to equip the Indian military with new-age equipment. For the design and development of the prototypes for this ambitious project, the company has collaborated with the Robotics Lab at Woxsen University, Hyderabad.

DPGC team has hired 34,000 youth from different sectors of India to date. The team works round the clock to shortlist ok only the qualified applicants. Additionally, a mega-employment scheme was announced by the DPGC in May 2021, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Among its 27 ventures, spread across mining, airline, shipping, farming, finance, winery, and mass media, the company plans to create a total of approximately 40 lakh direct jobs in India for a minimum of 1.5 lakh individuals on a monthly payroll of Rs 20,000 each. Currently, the company is hiring predominantly from Odisha, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Tamil Nadu, and Karnataka.
