Bioenergy Expo Asia to Bring Global Industry Players to Singapore

Singapore will host Bioenergy Expo Asia from September 29 to 30, 2027, at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre. The expo will bring together companies working across Asia’s growing bioenergy sector.

The exhibition will feature live demonstrations and technology displays focused on biofuel production. Biogas and biomass will also feature, alongside sustainable aviation fuel. More than 70 international manufacturers and service providers are expected to take part.

Several exhibitors will showcase equipment used in feedstock processing. Others will focus on biorefining and automation. The conference will examine challenges facing renewable fuel producers as they expand production, with discussions expected to cover feedstock supply and regulatory requirements.

Sustainable aviation fuel and renewable diesel will also be discussed at the conference. Producers are facing growing pressure to increase output while maintaining reliable feedstock supplies and meeting carbon requirements.

Bioenergy Expo Asia will run alongside Liquid Terminals Asia at the same venue. The two exhibitions will connect renewable fuel producers with companies involved in storage and logistics, highlighting the infrastructure required to move and handle these fuels.

The organisers expect producers, technology companies and investors to attend. The exhibition will give companies a platform to demonstrate technologies used at different stages of bioenergy production and processing.

Singapore’s 2026 International Energy Week is also set to include discussions on biomethane and bioenergy. The programme reflects the country’s continued attention to lower-carbon fuel options.
