Indian Railways Introduces Indore To Nepal Bharat Gaurav Train

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation has launched the first-ever Bharat Gaurav tourist train connecting Indore with Nepal, offering passengers a specially curated spiritual and sightseeing tour across major destinations in the neighbouring country. The “Pashupatinath Nepal Darshan Yatra” is scheduled to begin on June 12 and will span 9 nights and 10 days.

The tour package includes visits to prominent locations such as Kathmandu, Pashupatinath Temple, Pokhara, Chitwan National Park, and Manakamana Temple. The itinerary also features a ropeway ride to the Manakamana Temple and a jeep safari inside Chitwan National Park.

Passengers can board the special tourist train from several stations across Madhya Pradesh, including Indore, Ujjain, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Satna. The deluxe AC tourist train will operate with First AC, Second AC, and Third AC coaches.

According to reports, fares start from ₹62,710 for Third AC Comfort, ₹76,550 for Second AC Deluxe, and ₹90,400 for First AC Superior. The package includes train travel, hotel accommodation, vegetarian meals, sightseeing, transfers, tour escorts, and travel insurance. Bookings are available through the official IRCTC tourism platform.
